Position des passages à niveau - Positie van de overwegen - Position of level...
InfrabelThis dataset includes the geographical position of level crossings in service at intersections between public roads and the Infrabel network.
It means:
On the Infrabel network: not all level crossings are on Infrabel’s network. The level crossings of tourist lines, certain intersections in port areas, ... are managed by other parties.
Public level crossings: The level crossings in this list are located on public roads. You will not find crossings that can only be used by certain authorised persons.
Crossing the tracks by car, bicycle or on foot always involves a risk, as it is impossible for a train to brake quickly. The best way to avoid accidents at railway crossings is to remove physical crossings between the tracks and the road. That is why Infrabel wants to replace as many level crossings as possible by a bridge, tunnel, parallel track or cycle path.
Important note: this dataset does not mention the temporary desactivations of level crossings. Moreover, this list is currently updated quarterly. As Infrabel removes level crossings every year, it is possible that some crossings in this list have been removed in the meantime.
There are different types of signalling for level crossings, these categories are included in the dataset.
*Passive signalling: the cross is present but neither the light sign nor the barrier indicates the passage of a train.
*Active signalling: lights warns road users of the arrival of a train.
*Half barrier: the barrier system, located on both sides of the tracks, partially closes the roadway.
*Complete barrier: the barrier system, located on both sides of the railway tracks, completely closes the roadway.

InfrabelFour datasets give:
-
The List and geographical position of the main tracks with a line number on the Infrabel network (e.g. L161).
-
The Geographical position of all track segments: route of all track segments on the Infrabel network, not only the main tracks.
-
The Kilometre markers on the network: positions of the kilometre markers located along the tracks.
-
The Combination of kilometre markers and main tracks: indicates for which main track (and line) the kilometre marker is applicable.

Operational point of the railway network : Segmentation of the rail network according to the characteristics of the infrastructure and the possibilities of operation. This list includes the position but also the different official names of the operational points of the network and a classification.https://infrabel.opendatasoft.com/explore/dataset/operationele-punten-van-het-newterk
These data are also published in the European Register of Infrastructure (RINF)
Please note that these datasets are intended to allow schematic representations of the Belgian rail network (i.e. for a maximum scale of 1/25 000).

Données brutes de ponctualité J-1 - Ruwe gegevens van stiptheid D-1 - Raw pun...
InfrabelRaw data about arrival and departure of passenger trains (domestic and international) at their stopping points over a day and by train number. The relations and lines are also given.
This dataset is updated on a daily basis with the previous day's data (the data is overwritten every morning).
Delays are given in seconds. Negative delays represent a sooner-than-planned departure or arrival at the stopping point.
Monthly files are also available and can be downloaded from our dataset "Monthly raw punctuality data files".

Ponctualité nationale par mois - Nationale stiptheid per maand - Monthly nati...
InfrabelThe punctuality metric represents the proportion of trains that, over the course of a month, arrived with a maximum delay of 5 minutes and 59 seconds at their destination or - for the trains travelling through Brussel's North-South junction, upon arrival at the first station of the junction on their path.
What is neutralization ?
According to the terms of the management contract, certain categories of delays can be neutralized (meaning that that don't have to be accounted for in the punctuality metrics). For example, delays generated by sources external to Infrabel's or SNCB's activities (railroad crossing accidents, cable thefts, delays from foreign railroad networks, vandalism, assaults...), or delays that are the consequence of major investment works campaigns, can be neutralized. The "neutralized" punctuality metric is not intended to represent the passenger's observations, but rather to enable Infrabel and the railway operators to draw up their own balance sheet.
In order to have a good general idea of the national punctuality, the punctuality metric "without neutralization" should be preferred.

Attribution des retards par mois - Toewijzing vertraging per maand - Monthly ...
InfrabelMonthly data about incidents (minutes of delay on passenger trains) on Infrabel's network, splitted by responsible entity.
Different entities play a role in trains punctuality. Amongst them, the rail infrastructure management company (Infrabel), the railway undertakings (e.g. the SNCB) and third-parties.
As the autonomous infrastructure and railway traffic manager, Infrabel ensures that the causes of delays are correctly imputed. If one of the entities disputes the responsibility that has been assigned to it, use is made of the neutral arbitration service created by Infrabel for this purpose.
This may result in some occasions in small fluctuations in the figures after the arbitration.
